Rotary unions for water

M series rotary unions are mainly used in foundry industry. They are designed for mounting in the roll cylinder of continuous casting machines, facilitating the cooling via mains water.

The seals are made of silicon carbide which guarantee a longer service life, even without any kind of maintenance thanks to their hardness.

The construction materials are:

• Brass
• Stainless steel

They are self-supported due to the bushes, made of a special material capable to withstand high temperatures, both in dry and in humid conditions.

Anti-vibration system: we have developed a special version of M series with metal bellows suitable for working in presence of vibrations.
